1. Once your order has been confirmed via email, you cannot add or remove an item to your order.
2. If you find that you placed the wrong color or size, you can reach out to us via [email protected] . Our friendly Customer Service Representatives will respond to your request within 24-48 hours.

Please note that requesting changes for your order is limited to the following guidelines; Changes would still be possible if:
1. An order is still in processing status
2. No promotion has been applied on the order.
3. Order changes is applicable for SIZE and COLOR as long as they have the same price.
If in case changes on your order is no longer possible, please refer to our Return Policy.

The shipping address can be changed before shipping, and we can not do any change once shipping out.


  • Your order will be fully refunded if it's cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please conntact us  if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order shave already been shipped.
  • Every order comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the product arrives defective or you not happy with your purchase, please send us an email via [email protected] with your order number, picture and kindly explain the problem and we'll process your request.
  • Please re-package the products and ship them back to us within 7 days. If it's been 30 days since you purchased, unfortunately refunds are no longer applicable.
  • Mogmoc cannot be held responsible for returned items getting lost during transit. We advise customers who return their purchase to pay for insurance and tracking to guarantee it reaches our destination safely.
  • For returns and replacements, if the quality is not good enough, or the wrong item was sent to you, we can reship the item for free; No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
  • Please kindly allow us to take 3-5 business days to process your refund. Your bank statement will reflect a change within 3 business days. Any refund will be returned to your credit card in the original path.
