  • Can COVID-19 spread from packages or objects?

The World Health Organization reports that it is safe to receive a package from an area where COVID-19 has been reported, stating The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, traveled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.

However, every package will still be entirely sterilized before it's shipped. Also, the daily cleaning procedures have been enhanced to ensure the regular sanitization of warehouse, equipment and tools, as well as implementing strict disinfection cleanings for every package.


  • Will this affect the processing time or the delivery of my order?

We are working hard to deliver items in a timely manner. Due to COVID-19, some countries are applying International Shipping Restrictions. If we cannot ship your order now, we will ship it immediately after the restriction ends.
We thank you for your patience as orders may be temporarily delayed beyond our standard shipping times due to unpredictable restrictions and increased safety measures we are taking.


  • What measures are Mogmoc taking to protect employees?

As always, the safety of our team members and communities is as important as our customers. Our offices are following the local government safety guidelines on social distancing as well as providing protective face masks, alcohol and other sanitation supplies. We are also running an enhanced cleaning schedule in all workplaces, ensuring the regular sanitization of high-traffic surfaces like door handles, elevator buttons, touch screens, etc

  • How are you making deliveries safe?

The current advice is that it is safe to receive parcels, although we do recommend washing your hands after handling one.


  • Are you still delivering?

We are still sending out spotty parcels of joy, however these are taking longer than usual to reach you – usually 10-15 days. Getting items in stock is proving tricky in these times, so please bear with us while we work closely with our suppliers to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
